Parent & Guardian Guidelines

Safety First

Parents/guardians must manage all communications, social media, and shipping for youth athletes.

Content Expectations

Keep all posts:

  • Positive
  • Age-appropriate
  • Respectful towards coaches, gyms, and opponents
  • Clean and professional

During sponsored events, please avoid mixing visible competing appeal brands.

Financial Support

All competition coverage is reimbursements-based.

Submit proof of registration and attendance after the event.

What We Measure (Simple & Fair)

  • Participation: Tournaments entered, training consistency
  • Effort: Quality and regularity of posts (reels/stories welcome)
  • Community: Referrals, gym leadership, good sportsmanship
  • Impact: Reasonable sales/referrals for the tier (handled by parents)

Code of Conduct

Youth Athletes Must:

  • Show respect to coaches, referees, opponents, and teammates
  • Avoid bullying, negativity, or unsafe behavior
  • Support teammates and encourage others
  • Prioritize mental and emotional health
  • Train with discipline and good effort

Parents Must:

  • Manage ALL social accounts and communications
  • Maintain clean, positive online behavior
  • Ensure safe posting, messaging, and interactions
  • Model respect and accountability
  • Communicate professionally with VXRSI

VXRSI reserves the right to pause or end sponsorships for violations of conduct or safety policies.

What ages are eligible?

5–17. Athletes 18+ should apply to the adult VXRSI Sponsorship Program.
Do you accept beginners?

Yes—attitude and consistency matter. Comp experience helps but isn’t required for Youth Ambassador.
Is there a contract?

A simple, parent-signed agreement covering safety, expectations, and content standards.
International kids?

Currently USA-focused for comp coverage; international applicants can still join as Youth Ambassadors (gear discounts & features).
